As a senior practitioner and DBT therapist in the NHS, I blend clinical expertise with an earthy, grounded approach to offer yoga therapy, mindfulness, and staff wellbeing. I work with the body as a place of safety -supporting regulation, rest and reconnection at a pace that's right for you.

Yoga therapy

Mindfulness, Yoga & Menopause

My inclusive yoga classes offer a soft & slow  trauma informed approach. I also offer Menopause yoga for groups or 121 having trained in menopause yoga and Mindfulness sessions. 

Staff wellbeing programs

Invest in your team's mental health and productivity with bespoke staff wellbeing program's. I offer workshops and yoga  & wellbeing sessions focused on stress reduction, resilience, and fostering a supportive work environment.

Future therapies: psychotherapy & DBT

Exciting developments are on the horizon! I am currently training in integration psychotherapy and soon will be offering DBT informed practices to provide even deeper levels of emotional and psychological support.
